Ingredients
- 2 oz Hatch Vodka
- ¾ oz Carrot and Dill Syrup
- ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 dash celery bitters
- 1 dash cucumber bitters
Instructions
In a shaker tin, combine all ingredients. Add ice and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Strain the cocktail into a small rocks glass and serve over a large cube. Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill and a lemon wedge.
