Cherry Basil Gin & Tonic

Fragrant basil perfectly complements the flavors of local Door County tart cherries, as well as the complexities of Hatch Gin.

Try it with club soda instead of tonic to fully appreciate the sweet and peppery notes that are brought forth with this combination of flavors. Distilled from 100% honey, Hatch Gin has a uniquely soft and rounded mouthfeel, and a balanced flavor profile with notes of citrus, spruce, spices, and other botanicals. 


  • 2 oz Gin 
  • ½ oz Cherry Basil Syrup 
  • ½ oz Lime Juice 
  • 2 oz Tonic

Add the gin, cherry basil syrup, and lime juice to a collins glass filled with ice. Top up with tonic. Gently stir to evenly combine ingredients. Garnish with a basil leaf and lime wedge.
