Hibisky Old Fashioned

A Local fan-favorite, and just downright fun to say, this simple riff on the Wisconsin-style Old Fashioned features a Hibiscus simple syrup, and the usual array of bitters.

Featured Spirit: Hatch Bourbon

Our high-rye style Fellowship Bourbon stands up well in cocktails, and adds an element of spice and sweetness to the beloved classic. Aged for 3 years, and made from both locally grown grains and cold-hardy varieties grown by our Northern Minnesota brethren, Hatch Fellowship Bourbon is a well-balanced, high-rye style, perfect for sipping or mixing alike. 


  • 2 oz Bourbon 
  • ½ oz Hibiscus Syrup 
  • 3-4 dashes Old Fashioned Bitters 
  • 1 dash orange bitters 
  • 1 dash cherry bitters 
  • Sweet or Sour Soda

In your Old Fashioned glass, muddle an orange slice, cherry, and hibiscus syrup with all bitters. Add bourbon and stir. Top up with ice, and then sweet or sour soda. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry, or your otherwise preferred Supper Club accouterments.
