Featured Spirit: Vodka
This cocktail packs a bit of a “sting” from spicy jalapeno, but is balanced with the vibrant flavors of watermelon and the smooth texture of Hatch Vodka. Distilled from 100% honey, Hatch Vodka creates a singular texture and flavor that perfectly complements bright, assertive flavors in cocktails.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka
- ¾ oz Honey and Jalapeno syrup
- ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz Fresh Watermelon Juice
Instructions
In a shaker tin, combine all ingredients. Add ice and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Strain and serve in a collins glass with ice. Garnish with thinly sliced jalapeno and a lime wedge.
