Named after the Wisconsin home to Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin. Distilled from 100% honey, Hatch Gin has a uniquely soft and rounded mouthfeel, and a balanced flavor profile with notes of citrus, spruce, spices, and other botanicals.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Gin
- 1 oz Fresh Cucumber Juice
- ¾ oz Cilantro and Black Pepper Syrup
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Club Soda
Instructions
In a shaker tin, combine all ingredients except club soda. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds and strain into a collins glass with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with cilantro and a lime.
