Supper Club Old Fashioned

No cocktail is more quintessentially Wisconsin than the Brandy Old Fashioned, and we try not to mess too much with the classic, don’t cha know.

Featured Spirit: Apple Brandy

Muddled fruit, bitters, and a healthy pour of brandy, topped and garnished to your liking. Distilled from 100% Door County apples (not apple flavored!), Hatch Apple Brandy is light and crisp when compared to its grape-based counterparts. After distillation, Hatch Apple Brandy undergoes a solera aging process, giving it a unique and complex flavor in cocktails. 


  • 2 oz Apple Brandy 
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup 
  • 2 dashes Old Fashioned Bitters 
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters 
  • 1 dash Cherry Bitters 
  • Sweet or Sour Soda

In your Old Fashioned glass, muddle an orange slice and a cherry with the bitters and simple syrup. Add Apple Brandy, and then stir. Top up with ice, and finish with your choice of sweet or sour soda. Garnish with an orange and cherry, or your otherwise preferred Supper Club accouterments.
