Limoncroix
A simple mixture, making use of the natural sweetness of Hatch Limoncello, and the bubbly effervescence of LaCroix club soda.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Limoncello
- 4 oz Your favorite LaCroix flavor
Instructions
Build the cocktail in a collins glass topped up with ice, and gently stir to combine. Garnish with a lemon wedge, or other appropriate fruit.
